The Yard Laborer is responsible for daily plant clean-up, maintenance, and manual labor tasks including heavy lifting and equipment lubrication. They must also assist in production processes, perform equipment inspections, and ensure all work complies with safety and environmental regulations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. The role requires the ability to work safely, follow company policies, and operate machinery as needed.
