The Program Analyst provides acquisition and program management support to government weapon systems offices, including advising on strategies, schedules, and budgeting. They are responsible for drafting program planning documents, monitoring financial expenditures, and conducting programmatic assessments of contractor milestones.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business or engineering with at least six years of relevant DoD acquisition experience. A current TS/SCI security clearance is required, along with the willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.

We work out of our sunny El Segundo, California office.
The Horizon program is supporting Government weapon systems program offices with subject matter experts that have a background with the Department of Defense major capability acquisition process. Horizon team members provide systems acquisitions and program management support on various capability development programs that are intended to protect and defend the Nation's most valuable space assets. Our team is at the forefront of the advising and assisting the Government throughout the full lifecycle of systems acquisition processes that enable in most instances, rapid fielding to meet warfighter needs
