The Maintenance Manager oversees facility operations, equipment reliability, and building systems to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing. They are responsible for developing maintenance strategies, managing capital plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and ISO standards.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline. The role requires at least three years of manufacturing experience, specifically with injection molding, and four years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintenance, and equipment reliability to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing. Manages building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and grounds), provides technical leadership for mechanical, electrical, electronic, and PLC systems, and oversees planning, scheduling, purchasing, contractors, staff supervision, and employee development.

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $125,000 - $135,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package.
