POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our innovative, team-based care environment at our Sun Ridge South practice! In this role, you'll deliver primary care and preventive services in El Paso. You'll be part of a care team actively redesigning how we approach healthcare—focusing on the health outcomes of your panel, member experience, and waste reduction rather than traditional productivity metrics. This is an opportunity to practice medicine the way you envisioned it: with time for members, room for clinical creativity, and the support of collaborative colleagues.
