The Senior Counsel will analyze and resolve pre-litigation disputes while overseeing litigated and arbitrated claims. They will also partner with business leaders on risk management strategies and negotiate owner and subcontractor agreements.
Candidates must be licensed attorneys with at least 5 years of litigation experience. Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with standard construction contracts and mechanic's lien processes are preferred.

The Senior Counsel (Claims) is primarily responsible for analyzing and helping resolve pre-litigation disputes, overseeing litigated and arbitrated claims, and partnering with senior attorneys and business leaders on claims handling and risk management strategies. This position also requires 10-15% transactional work primarily negotiating owner and subcontractor agreements.
