The CNA will work every other week from 11 PM to 7 AM, collaborating closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans. Ultimately, the CNA contributes significantly to the overall well-being and recovery of residents by fostering a supportive and respectful care environment.
