The Business Dev Sr Manager accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and department(s). Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within area of expertise. Involved in short-term planning resource planning. Full management responsibility of a team, which may include management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations and may include budget approval.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with technology, delivery and marketing teams working in an agile fashion to deliver new mobile products to market
• Collaborate with Technology, Digital Bank, Marketing and Finance to provide support in the development of mobile strategies.
• Provide hands-on project management to lead the design, development and deployment of mobile and online banking solutions.
• Assess technology trends, competitive landscape and customer device behavior and analytical trends to inform and track the best way of meeting customer needs and driving customer digital adoption and overall customer satisfaction
• Manage a business development team
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree; major in engineering or technology preferred - Masters with emphasis in Strategy, Technology and/or processes preferred.
• Working effectively with leaders, peers and external entities - Excellent communication skills - Analytical skills
• Understanding of mobile technology, Technical knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems and APIs., Project Management Certificate
• High energy, positive “can-do” attitude, and results driven.
• Highly motivated self-started. Must be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and work independently to achieve successful results.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

• Más de 6 años de experiencia como Product Owner y/o Product Manager liderando productos digitales.
• Experiencia en productos de inversión, fondos de inversión, mercados de capital y servicios financieros.
• Dominio de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Agile, Kanban) y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios.
• Experiencia en transformación digital, canales móviles, plataformas web y ecosistemas omnicanal.
• Conocimiento de integraciones tecnológicas, APIs, arquitectura funcional y gestión de requerimientos.
• Experiencia en definición de roadmap, gestión y priorización de backlog, así como ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas.
• Capacidad para coordinar y alinear áreas de negocio, tecnología, UX, operaciones y stakeholders ejecutivos.
• Deseable experiencia en banca, casas de bolsa, fintech o instituciones del sector financiero.
