The Industrial Engineer provides technical expertise in plant layout, lean flow, and labor analysis to optimize manufacturing efficiency. They are responsible for maintaining performance measurements and leading continuous improvement projects to exceed department goals.
A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field is required, along with 3-5 years of engineering experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience within the automotive industry are highly desired.
The Industrial Engineer will provide technical expertise in plant layout and lean flow, standard labor analysis (direct and indirect), material planning and internal logistics, and lean manufacturing. The Industrial Engineer will maintain key performance measurements to monitor and exceed department goals.
