The Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring Customer, Vendor, and Finance master data is created, maintained, and governed according to company standards. This role supports accurate data for efficient operations and reliable reporting across the enterprise.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field is required, or 3+ years of equivalent work experience. Experience with Customer, Vendor, and Finance Master Data, particularly within SAP or similar ERP platforms, is also necessary.
The Master Data Analyst is a member of the Master Data (MD) Operations team and is responsible for ensuring Customer, Vendor, and Finance master data is created, maintained, and governed in accordance with company data standards, internal control requirements, and defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role supports accurate and timely data to enable efficient operations, reliable reporting, and sound business decision-making across the enterprise.
This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.
This position reports to the Master Data Manager and Master Data Supervisor and operates in a hybrid work environment in our Burlington, MA headquarters.
