Lead the Partner Management Office to ensure contractual agreements, third-party risk, and compliance activities are executed and tracked. Manage the negotiation of strategic supplier contracts and provide leadership and coaching to onshore and offshore team members.
Requires significant experience in managing business processes and negotiating third-party contracts, particularly within IT services and regulated environments. Must possess strong line management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

We have a new opportunity for a Partner Management Office Lead to join us. You’ll provide leadership to the Partner Management Office team, collectively ensuring all contractual agreements, third-party risk and compliance activities and reporting requirements across the Partner Management team are mapped, executed and tracked on an ongoing basis to deliver value and efficiency to AXA UK, in line with organisational requirements and objectives.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
