As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a Swarovski advocate, supporting a positive work environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving commercial results. You’ll coach and empower your team, act as a role model, and help shape the store’s success every day.
About the Job
Act as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience
Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance
Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets
Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance
Step in for the Store Manager as needed
About You
1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
Some leadership and coaching experience
A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others
Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency
