As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet established standards, while also focusing on scalability and performance to align with organizational goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve cohesive and effective software outcomes.

- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of technical objectives with business needs.

Integration developer - App Engine, CSM, Case Management, Integrations,

- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance to development teams.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
