The cashier serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing checkouts, returns, and product inquiries. They are also responsible for maintaining store merchandise, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic math skills. Previous customer service experience is required, along with the physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
Purpose:
As a Cashier (Customer Service Associate), you are the first and final interaction for Floor & Decor’s customers. Our Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent customer service through greeting customers, checking out customers, handling product returns, performing basic cash office functions and providing every customer with an exceptional experience. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.
