Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and have completed an accredited Psychiatry residency program. Board certification in Psychiatry and an active, unrestricted medical license are required for this role.

We are seeking a part-time, board-certified Psychiatrist to join our collaborative outpatient team, serving patients across the lifespan, including adolescents. This role offers the opportunity to practice high-quality, relationship-driven care supported by dedicated clinical and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on what matters most - your patients. With an established referral base, you will step into a steady and meaningful clinical flow, while also having the ability to shape and grow services through program development opportunities. Enjoy a flexible schedule with no after-hours call, within a supportive, team-oriented environment that values clinical excellence, innovation, and whole-person care.
The Psychiatrist provides outpatient psychiatric care using a patient-centered, evidence-based approach. This part-time position (up to 20 hours per week, non-benefit eligible) serves patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. The role includes comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, psychopharmacologic management, and coordination of care within a multidisciplinary, team-based model. The Psychiatrist practices within a collaborative care framework, partnering with therapists, advanced practice providers, primary care clinicians, patients, and—when appropriate—family members or guardians to optimize clinical outcomes. Experience in adolescent psychiatry is preferred. This position may also include responsibilities as a collaborating/supervising physician for nurse practitioners and other advanced practice providers in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
