Provide end-to-end operational coordination and project support for the MPL product, managing customer shipments and inland delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure smooth execution of the shipment lifecycle and proactive tracking of deviations.
Requires a bachelor's degree or above and at least 2 years of experience in international logistics. Candidates must be familiar with FCL, import/export processes, and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
· Creation and execution of customer shipments according to the implementation plan and customer requirements with regards to QHSE and reporting
· Understanding of external factors impacting Customer’s supply Chain & understand their sense of urgency, service needs, drivers and desires.
· Ability to align with customer expectations upfront & to be able to respond with suggested solutions
· Be the primary point of contact for own customers and ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, including the inland delivery, by working closely with the customer as well as internal stakeholders.
· Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan, including potential solutions
· or alternatives.
· Onboard customers and build strong and collaborative relationships, with willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions.
· Liaising and preparing transport plan with suppliers
· Participate in on-site operations as required.
Bachelor degree or above
At least 2 years working experience in international logistics
Good oral of English
Familiar with FCL / end to end/ import / export process ;
Basic acknowledge of project cargo transportation management;
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Very organized, proactive and dynamic
