The Opportunity
Working as part of the Aftersales Leadership Team, you'll work closely with dealership leadership teams to drive commercial performance, improve operational excellence and ensure our Parts operations continue to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and delivering the Group Parts strategy.
Driving Parts profitability across all dealerships.
Leading Parts purchasing activity and supplier relationships.
Maximising Parts margin and commercial performance.
Improving stock turn whilst reducing obsolescence.
Developing inventory management and stock optimisation strategies.
Supporting the continued expansion of our Trade Parts operation.
Identifying new commercial opportunities across retail and trade channels.
Developing pricing strategies and commercial initiatives.
Building strong relationships with our manufacturer partners.
Analysing Parts performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Managing and improving key Parts KPIs, including stock turn, obsolescence, availability, gross profit and trade sales growth.
Supporting and developing our Parts teams.
Encouraging collaboration and sharing best practice across the Group.
Championing operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
