Product and Sales Specialist - Glasgow Silverburn (Polestar)
Permanent, full time
Hours: 42.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30, 9:30 - 18:30 or 12:00 - 21:00 Saturday 8:30 - 17:30, 9:30 - 19:00 Sunday 9:30 - 19:00

We’re recruiting an ambitious Sales Executive to join our high‑performing team at Glasgow Silverburn, representing the Polestar brand within a automotive environment.
This hybrid role blends product expertise with car sales, giving you the opportunity to earn commission while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll become an expert on our electric vehicle range, support customers throughout the full sales journey, and help drive performance across the site.
Our training is comprehensive — from digital learning platforms and interactive webinars to our buddy system — meaning no prior automotive experience is required. If you have strong customer service or sales experience, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed.
You’ll also have opportunities to gain experience in Marketing & Events and Business Development.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Preparing the showroom and vehicles for the day
Supporting the Sales team and delivering an outstanding customer experience
Acting as a Polestar brand ambassador
Communicating with customers via email, phone and in person
Organising and accompanying customers on test drives
Learning our product range to confidently guide customers to the right vehicle
Managing leads from enquiry through to sale and delivery
Maximising every sales opportunity and earning commission per car sold
