Job Summary

The Logistics Intern will support daily logistics and supply chain operations, including shipment tracking, logistics documentation, and reporting. This internship provides hands-on experience in international logistics and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment Coordination

• Assist in monitoring inbound and outbound shipments.
• Track shipment status and update ETD, ETA, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
• Follow up on shipping delays and support issue resolution.

Documentation & Data Management

• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation.
• Organize and archive shipment records and logistics files.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of logistics data.

Fulfillment Support

• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment partners regarding shipment status.

Supplier & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Planner, Finance, and Operations.
• Support purchase order tracking and logistics-related follow-up activities.

Reporting & Analysis

• Update logistics trackers and dashboards.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly logistics reports.
• Support data analysis related to transportation, inventory, and operational performance.
• Identify discrepancies and report issues promptly.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA.
