Supervise daily warehouse activities and lead a team of associates to ensure operational efficiency. Manage inventory levels using WMS and optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to reduce costs.
Requires a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or business with at least 5 years of warehouse experience, including 2 years in supervision. Must be proficient in WMS and willing to work morning and night shifts in Gelang Patah.
Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse layout and workflow.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer service inquiries related to warehouse activities.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and inventory status.
A Diploma or Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, inventory control, and logistics.
Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office application is essential for the role.
Multiple position available.
