Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience or training in forklift operation. Requirements include the ability to pass a physical and drug screen and the capacity to lift heavy materials in various weather conditions.

This role has primary responsibilities including assisting and performing duties alongside press crew members as directed. The role will extend to the efficient movement of materials throughout the plant, utilizing mobile powered equipment to ensure seamless workflow. In addition to supporting press operations, the Utility role plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This includes the provision of various supplies to different departments and the timely disposal of waste by emptying trash as directed. Adaptability, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate will be key attributes in contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our manufacturing processes.
