The Service Technician is responsible for completing maintenance work orders, preparing vacant apartments for move-in, and performing routine preventative maintenance. They ensure the physical integrity of the residential community by maintaining amenities, common areas, and general mechanical systems.
Candidates must have an HVAC EPA Certification and a high school diploma or GED, with a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check. Prior experience in multifamily or facilities maintenance and a CPO certification are preferred.

The Service Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the physical integrity and appearance of our residential community. This position is responsible for completing service requests, preparing apartments for new residents, conducting routine and preventative maintenance, and supporting the Service Manager in ensuring that all systems and property features function as intended.
Technicians are expected to deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service to both internal and external customers. This role is essential in fostering a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and upholding PEM Residential’s standards and core values: Respect, Urgency, Stewardship, Growth, and Integrity.
