The Preconstruction Engineer will perform quantity takeoffs and assist in producing project estimates for the preconstruction team. They are also responsible for maintaining vendor bid lists and communicating with subcontractors throughout the bidding process.
Candidates must possess or be willing to learn various preconstruction software applications including Bluebeam, Revit, and Procore. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet project targets are required.
