The technician is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial housekeeping equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums. They must also maintain service records, manage parts inventory, and provide equipment demonstrations to customers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, and prior experience in electrical and mechanical repair. Experience specifically with commercial housekeeping equipment and strong communication skills are required.
