Quality Enclosures is seeking a dependable and organized Scheduling & Operations Support team member to assist with daily scheduling, production paperwork, shipping, and delivery activities.
Approximately 80% of the position involves scheduling, paperwork, order updates, and communication, with approximately 20% supporting warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing activities as business needs require.
This is a good opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable using computers, communicates well, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
This position works primarily indoors, with most of the work performed in an office environment.
The position also requires periodic work in warehouse, shipping, and manufacturing areas. These areas may include exposure to glass breakage, moving equipment, and normal manufacturing activity. Required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn when entering designated areas.
This role is not limited to the duties and responsibilities listed above. Essential functions may be modified or supplemented based on business needs. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to support department and business needs. All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with a disability.
