Position Summary
As part of the UST team and broader Tech24 network, the Hot & Cold Technicians plays a critical role in servicing both commercial cooking (hot side) and refrigeration (cold side) equipment. This role is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in solving problems, minimizing customer downtime, and representing the company with professionalism.

Compensation Transparency
The advertised pay range for this position is $35-$42. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, technical certifications, skill set, and overall qualifications. Candidates with advanced expertise in both commercial hot-side and cold-side equipment may be considered toward the higher end of the range.
