communities we serve. With over 50 properties and 4500 units, we hire the most skilled and knowledgeable individuals in their respective careers to drive business success.
The Caretaker/Janitor is responsible for the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the apartment building. You will have to organize and prioritize each day in order to accomplish the daily required job duties (listed below). You will also be responsible for unit turn-overs and assisting with snow removal.
General Cleaning:
Cleaning is to be completed on a regular basis. The common areas of the buildings are to be kept neat and clean at all times. This includes, but is not limited to:

Requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to act quickly, calmly, and professionally in emergency situations. 6 months of experience preferred.
Must be able to do physical activities, such as bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing & pulling, and lift 50 lbs.
The Caretaker will work 40 hours per week. This position may require working other than regular scheduled hours as needed, including weekends.
