The Estimator is responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles to create accurate repair plans while managing insurance company direct referral programs. Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in DRP writing and hold a mandatory I-CAR Pro-Level 1 certification. Proficiency in Mitchell and CCC estimating systems, along with strong communication and organizational skills, is essential for this role.
