The operator is responsible for running plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment while ensuring production meets safety and quality standards. They must perform minor repairs, conduct quality checks, and maintain accurate documentation throughout their shift.
Candidates must be able to work a rotating night shift schedule and possess basic computer and typing skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
The Operator is responsible for operating a given number of Cold Glue Labeling machines, Dunnage fed Palletizing equipment, Strapping and wrapping machines. (Including in-line equipment) and making necessary adjustments or minor repairs to ensure production of containers are made in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner. The primary duties of an Operator include:
