Perform comprehensive indoor and outdoor janitorial duties, including cleaning, surface maintenance, and basic facility repairs across multiple sites. Conduct regular building inspections and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Requires a High School diploma or GED and a minimum of five years of experience in janitorial maintenance or facilities. Must possess a valid driver's license, insurance, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Assist in simple installation of facility and system materials, supplies and mechanical equipment related to day porter and janitorial plumbing work, buildings, and equipment.
