Your key responsibilities
Join Rocco Forte Hotels as a Room Technician and enhance your career in a luxury hotel environment. You’ll collaborate with the Chief Engineer to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs throughout the hotel.

As a valued member of the Forte family, you will:
Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, identifying and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
Carry out minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, lighting, furniture, and fixtures.
Maintain room equipment, including air-conditioning units, TVs, safes, and door locks.
Complete basic painting, carpentry, and refurbishment work as required.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with hotel standards.
Record maintenance activities accurately and respond quickly to guest and departmental requests.
Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure the hotel operates efficiently.
Carry out PRP (Perfect Room Programme).
