The Fleet Mechanic is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on company vehicles to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, the role involves conducting minor building repairs and facility upkeep.
Candidates should ideally have over 3 years of automotive repair experience and at least 1 year of facility maintenance experience. A valid Michigan driver's license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a clean background check are required.

Our Lansing, MI location is currently looking for a Fleet Mechanic to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated and organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a team environment. This candidate will need to be a "Jack or Jill of all trades" when it comes to fleet and facility maintenance. Performing minor building repairs and upkeep, preventative vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure our fleet is at high-quality showroom standards and optimal performance.
