Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong mechanical or technical aptitude. A valid Texas driver's license and the ability to travel regularly to facilities are required for this position.
The Weight Scale & Lift Calibration Technician is responsible for the inspection, testing, calibration, maintenance, and documentation of all weight scales and resident lift systems within nursing facilities operated by Creative Solutions in Healthcare.
This role ensures equipment is operating safely, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory and manufacturer standards. The technician will travel across Texas to perform preventative maintenance, calibration services, equipment audits, and minor repairs.
This role operates primarily in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. The technician will interact regularly with nursing staff, facility administrators, and maintenance personnel.
