The painter will complete daily apartment home painting tasks, including touch-ups and full unit painting, while maintaining the paint shop and equipment. They will also perform small drywall repairs and collaborate with the service manager to ensure high-quality project execution.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of interior residential painting experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with spray equipment, brush and roller work, and the ability to perform drywall repairs are required.
