The technician will maintain and improve plant building systems, including HVAC, utility distribution, and structural components. They are responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and documenting work activities using the company's CMMS.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance. The role requires the ability to work from heights and ladders, with an HVAC Universal License preferred.
