About the role
Our Cincinnati team, composed of 34 people, is integrated into the Special Chemical global business unit and focuses on the production and delivery of quality Alumina and Nocolok products in collaboration with our Solvay support teams and executive leadership.
As an Operator, you will safely operate chemical processes and auxiliary systems following procedures, work instructions, and special instructions.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the USA base pay reasonably expected for this role is $25.86/hr to $30.42/hr, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
