Prepare, pack, label, and stage outbound shipments, including assembling packing lists and loading trucks
Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts into inventory systems
Relocate, consolidate, and organize materials within storage and staging areas
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation, including logs, bills of lading, delivery receipts, and invoices
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials
Coordinate transportation and deliveries between storage locations and data center facilities
Communicate with internal technical teams, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient material movement
Identify opportunities to improve logistics, inventory, and material-handling processes
Assist with other logistics-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
