Provide operations support through the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-speed automatic packaging equipment. Ensure adherence to cGMP standards and EHS guidelines while performing preventative and on-demand maintenance.
Requires a high school diploma and 4 years of experience in industrial automation or packaging. Must possess advanced electrical troubleshooting skills and basic PLC programming knowledge.
Primary responsibilities include operations support in setup, maintenance, and operation of high-speed automatic packaging equipment. Electromechanical troubleshooting skills are required to effectively support and assist in the maintenance and operation of automated packaging equipment. Maintains a cGMP production environment and standards throughout the production area(s). Adheres to workplace environmental, health and safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures while actively promoting and enforcing adherence. Essential Duties will require a close-knit integration with various departments including Operations and Quality.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma 4 years of industrial automation/packaging experience. A strong desire to learn new systems and expand individual knowledgebase is mandatory.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to troubleshoot issues under high demand situations.
