You will act as the lead HVAC technician for single-family rental homes, diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems and appliances. Additionally, you will perform property turns, move-in/move-out inspections, and multi-trade repairs including plumbing and electrical work.
Candidates must have an EPA Universal certification and at least 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC experience. You are required to have your own vehicle and hand tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

You'll be the HVAC lead for our single-family rental homes across Akron — we call our techs Property Engineers, because you run your route like you own it. Work orders hit your phone, our routing tech builds your day, you diagnose and fix. No office, no micromanager, no two trips for one job if you can help it.
