Responsible for the installation, repair, and routine maintenance of advanced cooking oil management equipment for food service customers. This includes training customers on system use and ensuring operational goals and safety standards are met.
Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders up to 20 feet. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess basic mechanical or electrical aptitude.
Location: The RT Depot is located in Cleveland, OH 44109.
Schedule: 4/10s, Tuesday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $26.00 per hour + Shift Differential + Quarterly Safety Bonus.
Shift Differential: Additional $2.00 per hour available for nights and weekend shifts.
Overtime: 1.5x your hourly rate for over 40 hours per week.
Safety Bonus Potential: $4,000 annual bonus potential (Safety Bonus - up to $1,000 potential per Quarter).

The Service Technician plays a critical role in the success of Restaurant Technologies. Our Service Technicians are responsible for the installation and servicing of our advanced equipment in locations throughout the food service industry. As a Service Technician with Restaurant Technologies, you’ll install our core products for new customers and assist with customer training through troubleshooting and servicing. For existing customers, you will be responsible for service, repair and routine maintenance.
