The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations, including the supervision of crews and the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance procedures. They are responsible for safety compliance, spare parts inventory management, and coordinating technical repairs within the plant.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's, Associate's, or Vocational Technical degree and 3-5+ years of industrial management experience. Proficiency in CMMS and knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems are required.
Job Summary
