Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Integration Cloud Services.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within retail environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application development and deployment processes.
- Experience in configuring middleware and managing data flows between disparate systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Retail Integration Cloud Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
