Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer actively participates in refining software architecture and contributes to continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that solutions align with evolving business requirements and maintain high performance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong experience in designing and developing custom software components within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver robust solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to warehouse management systems.
- Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
