Your impact

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to drive revenue growth by managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a proactive “go-getter” who can effectively engage with clients, quickly understand their needs, and convert conversations into business outcomes.

What you'll do

 

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting to closure
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territories
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
• Develop account plans to maximize growth and retention

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Understand client business needs and align solutions accordingly
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention

3. Opportunity Development

• Engage with prospects and clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Take conversations forward and move deals through the pipeline effectively
• Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups

4. Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to craft effective solutions
• Support proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations
• Ensure seamless handover for project execution post-closure

5. Market Awareness

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and sales strategies

What you'll need

 

• Strong sales acumen with proven ability to close deals
• Experience in B2B sales (technology, data center, or infrastructure domain preferred)
• A “hunter” mindset with strong ownership of targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
• Proactive, self-driven, and highly motivated
• Fast learner with adaptability to changing market conditions
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
• 3–8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Experience in B2B sales (technology, data center, or infrastructure domain preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
• MBA is a plus
