Your Profile

• Play a key role in developing strategies of owning customer lifecycle and enhance the lifetime value of the customer through retention marketing initiatives.
• Create strategy for yearly, monthly, and weekly strategic and tactical CLM plans. 
•  Plan and execute the Emailer, Push Notification, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Explore other platforms for retention marketing initiatives. 
• Build data cohorts, audience segments, and behavioural triggers; mine data to generate campaign insights and optimise targeting.
• Create campaign performance reports and dashboards with full attribution tracking; present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 
• Liaise with business intelligences and data sciences team to comprehend the consumer activity on the platform.
• Liaise with CLM platforms, solution providers & vendors to explore new mechanisms of consumer growth and efficiency in campaigns.
• Collaborate with product managers to get product interventions done for facilitating retention and increasing the consumer activities per month.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Engineering, Finance, Product, Creative, Business etc.
• Enhance the skills of the team and bring the latest CLM practices on board to improve the campaigns and team performance.
• Use AI automations and LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate campaign planning, execution, insight summarisation, and report creation.

Your Checklist

• 6-7 years of working experience as CLM expert working on consumer retention in brands or CLM agencies.
• Capability to manage multiple campaigns across Email, App, & Web, SMS and WhatsApp.
• Should have sound knowledge of data cohorts and insight mining through data analysis.
• Should know: Email marketing ( kenscio, Netcore, Webengage, CleverTap etc ) App & Web reengagements platforms: CleverTap, Mo engage etc.
• Comprehends various forms of attribution, audience profiling and online analytics platforms.
• Proficient with AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for campaign briefs, copy variants, insight summaries, dashboards, and reports.  Strong communication and articulation skills.
