En Coforge estamos buscando Senior Business Analyst (#21815) con el siguiente perfil.
Responsabilidades principales
· Levantar, documentar y gestionar requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales en proyectos digitales
· Analizar procesos actuales e identificar oportunidades de mejora en flujos de integración y ecosistemas digitales
· Modelar procesos utilizando BPMN o herramientas similares para asegurar claridad funcional
· Gestionar el backlog de producto en Jira y dar seguimiento a requerimientos durante el ciclo de desarrollo
· Participar en proyectos de APIs e integraciones con terceros, asegurando alineamiento funcional
· Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para asegurar la correcta implementación de soluciones
Requisitos indispensables
· 3 a 5 años de experiencia como Business Analyst en proyectos digitales
· Experiencia en documentación de requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales
· Manejo de Jira para gestión de backlog
· Experiencia en modelado de procesos (BPMN o similar)
· Conocimiento básico de APIs REST y su funcionamiento
· Experiencia en análisis y mejora de procesos
Requisitos deseables
· Experiencia en banca, fintech o pagos digitales
· Conocimiento del ecosistema financiero peruano (SBS, BCRP)
· Experiencia en proyectos de APIs o integraciones con terceros
· Capacidad de análisis en ecosistemas financieros y digitales complejos
