• Liderar la planificación, ejecución y cierre de proyectos tecnológicos alineados con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.
• Definir alcance, entregables, cronograma y recursos del proyecto.
• Gestionar presupuestos, riesgos, dependencias y problemas asociados a iniciativas tecnológicas.
• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y recursos internos y externos.
• Gestionar proveedores, contratos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos establecidos.
• Supervisar proyectos basados en arquitecturas SOA y APIs sobre Microsoft Azure bajo estándares Open API y BIAN.
• Identificar oportunidades de automatización e incorporación de soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial.
• Garantizar una comunicación efectiva con stakeholders, áreas de negocio y equipos técnicos.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo y los estándares de calidad definidos para cada proyecto.
• Elaborar reportes ejecutivos sobre avances, métricas, riesgos y resultados.
• Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software o carreras afines.
• Experiencia de +4 años como Project Manager, Jefe de Proyecto o Gestor de Proyectos.
• +2 años de experiencia en el sector bancario, preferentemente en áreas de PMO o Tecnología de la Información.
• Experiencia liderando implementaciones de soluciones tecnológicas para procesos bancarios o financieros.
• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos sobre arquitecturas orientadas a servicios (SOA) y APIs.
• Conocimiento de Microsoft Azure y estándares Open API - BIAN.
• Experiencia en gestión de presupuestos, riesgos e incidencias en proyectos tecnológicos. Conocimientos de Management 3.0.
• Experiencia trabajando en proyectos bajo metodologías tradicionales y marcos ágiles como Scrum y Kanban.
• Experiencia participando en PMO, gobierno de portafolio o gestión estratégica de iniciativas.
• Manejo de herramientas de planificación (Microsoft Project).
• Experiencia en proyectos de Automatización e Inteligencia Artificial.
• Estudios o certificaciones en Inteligencia Artificial o Transformación Digital.
• Certificación PMP o cursos especializados en Gestión de Proyectos.
