The Role
We are looking for an entry-level Construction Manager to serve as the operational leader for assigned construction projects in the Great Lakes region. The Construction Manager I is responsible for ensuring successful project execution from mobilization through closeout. Acting as the primary field representative of SCG Fields, this individual partners with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and general contractors to deliver projects safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
This role requires exceptional leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. Successful Construction Managers are proactive leaders who anticipate challenges before they occur, make informed decisions, and drive accountability throughout every phase of construction. This position is ideal for recent graduates and early career professionals with less than three (3) years of relevant experience.
