About the Role:
We are excited to invite a skilled professional to join our high-achieving team at Kinetic IT. As a Systems Engineer - IAM, you will be a crucial element in driving the improvement and success of our Identity Access Management environment, including becoming a subject matter expert in all things Saviynt. This role offers the unique opportunity to join our IAM team who engage directly with customer stakeholders, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed expectations. With your experience in similar engineering roles, you bring demonstrated skills utilising IGA platforms, such as Saviynt, EntraID and on-prem Active Directory. Your knack for security and automation ensures our systems are robust, efficient, and secure.
This role offers flexibility in location and is open to candidates residing in Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth.
Responsibilities Will Include:
Getting hands on experience within Saviynt IGA, including application onboarding
Reviewing data workflows in/out of Saviynt and identifying improvement opportunities
Providing quality end user experiences by ensuring onboarding/offboarding and access change requests are completed in a timely manner
Scripting, development or automation skills (e.g. PowerShell, Python, or similar)
Providing considered input for access governance, identity lifecycle, and least privilege principles
Contribute to service strategies, incident response, and technical change management across IAM products
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Professional certification or formal studies in the Saviynt Platform, IGA concepts, Azure AD/IAM, or related technologies
Demonstratable proficiency in IGA platforms, Saviynt preferrable
Proven hands-on experience with Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
Strong technical acumen with excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and its practical application
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a rotational on-call support capacity
Eligible to obtain a National Police Check
