Summary:
As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee capacity management, ensuring that cloud resources are efficiently allocated and utilized. The role includes managing billing and show back operations to maintain transparency and control over cloud expenditures. Additionally, the position requires continuous efforts in cost optimization across various cloud environments, balancing performance needs with budget constraints. This role demands proactive monitoring and coordination to support seamless cloud operations and contribute to the overall effectiveness of cloud service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align cloud operations with organizational goals.
- Monitor cloud resource utilization and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Experience in managing and maintaining server infrastructure within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of capacity planning and resource allocation strategies.
- Ability to analyze billing data and implement cost control measures effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud service models and operational best practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving server-related issues to ensure high availability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
