NEXTON recrute un Product Owner H/F, en CDI, à Paris !
Pour l’un de nos clients dans le secteur des services nous recherchons un product Owner (H/F) confirmé/sénior.
En tant que Product Owner Senior, tu travailleras au quotidien avec les équipes Produits (PO, PM, UX designers…), les Directions métiers, les équipes IT, le pôle Expertises Digitales.
Sur la partie Discovery :
Tu vas recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins fonctionnels.
Tu vas définir de façon collaborative la roadmap avec les équipes business, produit & tech.
Tu vas contribuer aux échanges Product avec l’ensemble des partenaires de l’écosystème.
Tu vas réaliser de la veille pour la réalisation de benchmark.
Sur la partie Delivery :
Tu seras garant·e de la roadmap de ton périmètre après l’avoir définie selon une vision précise et stratégique du marché ;
Tu vas définir et accompagner le développement de nouveaux produits ou de nouvelles fonctionnalités et les livrer à nos clients. Transformer ces nouvelles idées en respectant les exigences techniques, commerciales, marketing, etc.
Tu vas faciliter le delivery des squads : rédaction d’EPIC ou d’Users Stories, suivi de développement, maintien du niveau de qualité du produit, amélioration continue ;
Tu vas assurer le RUN des squads en binôme avec un Engineering Manager : suivi de tickets de bug, priorisation et actualisation de backlog, participation aux rituels de la squad.
De formation supérieure (BAC+5), tu disposes d’une expérience significative en tant que Product Manager (H/F) dans un environnement agile Scrum ou SAFe.
Tu as une excellente capacité à communiquer, à la fois pour comprendre et pour se faire comprendre par toutes les parties prenantes.
Tu as une compétence en priorisation et en gestion de tâches pour maximiser la valeur délivrée.
Tu as de fortes compétences analytiques et aptitude à prendre des décisions basées sur des données concrètes.
Tu as la capacité à travailler de manière proactive et autonome tout en maintenant un esprit d’équipe.
Tu as un sens de l’innovation et ouverture aux changements pour s’adapter aux évolutions du marché et des technologies.
Tu maîtrises les outils JIRA, CONFLUENCE, FIGMA.
Tu maîtrises l’anglais.
